Sena — your TikTok sales assistant
A video that lands brings hundreds of comments. Your buyers are in there — buried under compliments and emojis. Sena finds them for you and drafts the replies, on WhatsApp, in seconds.
The problem it solves
A video that lands collects hundreds of comments. The seller, meanwhile, is on their feet between two customers: they can't read them all, and the questions that matter most — "how much?", "where are you?", "do you deliver to me?" — get buried under compliments and emojis. Every missed question is a lost sale. Sena reads everything, sorts it, and only interrupts you when it's worth interrupting.
How it works
You send your video link
On WhatsApp, like you would to a colleague. Typed or by voice note — it understands both.
Sena reads the comments
It sorts them: who wants to buy now, who is asking a real question, who is dropping a competitor's number under your video. On the busiest videos it reads several hundred, and it always tells you how many — never “all of them” when it isn't all of them.
It hands you ready-to-send replies
With each person's handle and profile link, so you can answer them in one tap.
It keeps watching
Every five minutes. You're alerted the moment a new customer shows up — and only then.
The data Sena uses
Sena only reads public comments on the videos you hand it, and only on the TikTok account you have authorised yourself. Here is exactly what is used, and why:
The text of public comments on your videos
To spot customer questions and draft you a reply.
The public handle and profile link of their authors
So you know who you're replying to, and can open their profile.
The list of your videos and their captions
To watch the ones you choose and tell you which one is being discussed.
Replies already posted under a comment
So we never hand you back a question you have already answered.
The country publicly shown on commenters' profiles
To tell you where your requests come from. It is the country the person displays on their own public profile — never a location.
Sena collects no private data: not your TikTok direct messages, not the personal contact details of the people commenting. It reads the figures of your own videos — views, likes, comment count, duration, and how many distinct people saw them. These are performance figures about the video, nothing more: Sena asks TikTok for no data about who those people are — not your audience breakdown by age, gender or country, not watch time, not traffic sources, not your new followers. The authorisation you grant us would allow it; our own declaration forbids it. Comment text is kept for thirty days, then deleted: these are the words of people who never asked us for anything, and we keep them no longer than we need to. Your monitored videos and your settings stay for as long as you use Sena.
You stay in control
Access to your TikTok account goes through TikTok's own authorisation screen — we never ask for your password, and you can revoke that authorisation at any time from your TikTok settings. Writing "stop" to Sena pauses a watch: it stays recoverable for seven days, then is deleted. Writing "delete my data" is a different gesture: Sena first shows you what will disappear, then, if you confirm, erases everything immediately and permanently — recycle bin included. That is your right, and it does not wait seven days.

What Sena does not do
Sena publishes nothing on your behalf without your say-so: it drafts the text, you approve it. It does not give you commenters' phone numbers. It does not guess your sales or your stock. And when it doesn't know, it says so — rather than inventing an answer you would make a business decision on.
