What we process
Contact form: name, email, company, message — stored in our lead journal so we can reply. AI assistant: the conversation transcript. If you opted in to the "Usage analytics" category, we also record IP, browser (User-Agent), origin page, country (derived from IP) and an anonymous visitor id (tn_vid cookie).
Why
To reply to your requests, measure how our AI assistant is used so we can improve it, detect abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Legal basis
Explicit consent (cookie banner) for usage-analytics data. Legitimate interest for the contact form (treating you as a prospect) and technical security.
Retention
Leads: up to 3 years after the last contact. Technical logs: 90 days. Analytics cookies: 180 days (preferences) or 12 months (visitor id). You can request deletion any time.
Third parties
Our subprocessors: AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, OpenRouter) to process your message, Hetzner hosting (Germany). No resale. No advertising pixels.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to [email protected]. You also have the right to file a complaint with the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
