Product engineer · Sovereign cloud · Applied AI
I design, build and run entire platforms — on my own.
Founder of Technas, I own the whole chain: product design, iOS/Android/web apps, back-end, AI, and the sovereign cloud that runs it all. Eight platforms in production, across two continents, assembled from an in-house library of 39 building blocks I built myself.

A whole software studio, run by a single person
I started Technas on a simple conviction: in the age of AI, an engineer who masters the entire chain can ship what used to take a whole team. So I built that chain — from the mobile app all the way to the server that hosts it.
Every product taught me a building block: login, payments, chat, maps, AI, notifications, GDPR. Instead of throwing them away each time, I turned them into an in-house library of 39 reusable packages. Today a new product no longer starts from scratch: I assemble what's battle-tested and only write what's unique.
The result: eight platforms run 24/7 on my own Kubernetes cluster in France and Germany — from a beauty marketplace to satellite-triggered crop insurance, from fuel logistics to AI-driven real estate. Not mockups: the real thing, in production, on two continents.
A classic agency starts from sand on every project. I show up with the walls, the roof and the plumbing already built — and I only assemble what's specific to your business.
Software architecture engineer, five years in production
What I build at Technas rests on an engineering degree and five years of professional engineering — not on a tutorial.
- March 2026 — present
Squad Lead
TechnisI lead a product squad on a SaaS space-analytics platform: mentoring two engineers and a product manager, code review, scoping and delivery.
- Sept. 2022 — present
Head of deployments · permanent contract
Videtics — acquired by Technis in 2025Ownership of the entire server fleet, on-premise and cloud. I designed and still maintain the whole chain: real-time supervision agent, licensing back-end, fleet auto-update, artefact distribution, Kubernetes infrastructure. After the company's technology was selected by the French Ministry of the Interior to secure major events — including the Paris 2024 Olympics — we rebuilt supervision to hold up at that scale.
- Sept. 2021 — Sept. 2022
Apprenticeship · fullstack engineer
VideticsAlongside my final engineering year. The shift from contributor to designer: I built the licensing back-end, the core of the platform's control plane.
- Summer 2021
Internship · fullstack engineer
VideticsFirst steps on the company's computer-vision engine.
- Summer 2019
Internship · developer
Brasserie BB Lomé S.A.A platform to manage raw-material deliveries and imports. I also wrote an automatic API test generator there — building the tooling before shipping is a reflex that never left me.
- 2019 — 2022
Engineering degree + Master's
Polytech Nice SophiaSoftware Architecture major. CTI-accredited engineering degree and Master's with highest honours. Bachelor's earned in the third year.
- 2017 — 2019
Computer science core curriculum
IAI-Togo · African Institute of Computer ScienceAdmitted by competitive entrance exam. Two years in Lomé, then an international exchange to Polytech Nice Sophia.
A few of the things I've built
Real products, live today. Each one designed, developed and hosted end to end.
Other projects
Designed and built alone unless noted. Some run in production, others are at MVP stage.
- Soo What
AI video-summarisation app with a credits system. Product side with Sami El Kateb.
Flutter · FastAPI · AI2024 — 2026 - Kekeli
Rotating savings (ROSCA) platform: contributions, escrowed funds, CIMA compliance.
Flutter · FastAPI · MongoDB2026 - Éclat d'Or
Member management for a choral movement: progression ladder, attendance, discipline.
Flutter · FastAPI2025 — 2026 - FleetPro
Per-truck profitability for hauliers: trips, photo-backed expenses, dashboards.
Flutter · FastAPI · PostgreSQL2026 - WashPro
Car-wash operations: vehicle check-in, inspection, handover and customer signature on mobile.
Flutter · FastAPI2026 - Togbui LED
Real-time control of an LED wall, with a web and macOS dashboard.
Flutter · FastAPI · SSE2026 - Naso Créperie
A real client, delivered while I was still a student: online ordering for a crêperie, with two distinct interfaces — customer and manager.
Angular · Node.js · TypeScript2021
One person, the whole chain
From the first pixel to the cluster that hosts it — never handing off.
End to end
From the first mockup to production support, through GDPR, the app stores and scaling. One point of contact, no grey areas.
Product & mobile
iOS, Android and web apps from a single Flutter codebase. Interface design, flows, motion — studio-grade polish.
Back-end & API
Typed FastAPI microservices, sovereign authentication, OpenAPI contracts. Foundations that hold under load.
Sovereign cloud & SRE
My own multi-node Kubernetes cluster, hosted in Europe. Deployment, monitoring, backups, security — I operate what I build.
Applied AI
A multi-provider LLM gateway, agents wired into the core of the business, natural-language search, voice. Governed AI, not a wrapper.
Data & real-time
MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3 object storage. Real-time streams, payments, metering — the invisible plumbing that keeps a product standing.
My sovereign cloud, operated by hand
What most startups rent from AWS, I run myself — in Europe, for a fraction of the cost.
Eight platforms, all their services, all their data: everything lives on a Kubernetes cluster I administer across France and Germany. Every client isolated in its own space, encrypted secrets, automatic backups, certificates that renew themselves. Zero US hyperscaler.
Already on a hyperscaler? I deploy on AWS, GCP or Azure too — sovereignty is a choice, not a limitation.
- Multi-node Kubernetes (k3s)
- Encrypted secrets (Vault + ESO)
- S3 object storage (MinIO)
- High availability & backups (Longhorn · restic)
- Multi-provider LLM gateway
- Self-hosted CI/CD (in-cluster runners)
Open standards, shipped to production every day
No exotic tech: solid, battle-tested, and any team can pick it up.
Concrete, verifiable
We're young and we don't invent testimonials. Here's what actually runs.
Published on the App Store & Google Play
Real apps you can download today — BeautyGo, Rede / Chez Moi.
An enterprise-grade pilot
Pilot logistics platform built for TotalEnergies Togo, in partnership with MYA Technologie.
Two continents in production
Active deployments across the European Union and West Africa (Togo, Benin).
A pilot that actually ran
FarmCover: 384 growers, 298 subscriptions and 25 cooperatives enrolled on index-based crop insurance.
An idea, a role, a partnership?
The simplest thing is to talk it through. A 20-minute call is enough to know whether we can build something great together.
